Pros

Pay, benefits, unlimited PTO. Overall solid stack pay and benefits.

Cons

Brand alignment remains a challenge. When promoting a unified Fiserv identity, it undermines credibility to have employees still identifying as First Data rather than Fiserv. Beyond branding, operational processes need simplification. There are processes built on top of processes with no internal consensus on how they should actually function. Additional workflows are frequently introduced under the premise of improving client satisfaction, but in practice they add burden to employees without delivering measurable results. Combined with ongoing layoffs and offshoring, this creates an environment where morale and performance are difficult to sustain.

Pros

My co workers were like my family. Theyhave clubs that celebrate diversity and different cultures.

Cons

Leaders insist on working onsite in office instead of offering a hybrid work life balance. Annual bonuses nor company stocks are awarded.
