No good reason at all. Every thing has been ruined since the merger with FDC in 2019

Cons

As on November 2024 the Company is firing around 2000 employees all over the globe. This is being done silently and not letting the market know how cruelty and dictatorship is being breeding in the company. Strict login hours/Sapience recording/ Micro management all curse in the company. No career growth.
