Pros

money is great and keeps you there

Cons

management is horrible if they have it out for you they get you and dont blink an eye while doing it and they have no regard for retainment of employee services basically a revolving door if you dont keep your mouth shut and turn a blind eye to their vile acts against other employees you go out the door with the guy/gal being fired

Pros

better pay and treatment than McDonald's, having time off during the middle of the day

Cons

poor benefits, lots of things they don't tell you in advance, poor communication, poor training, ultra cold or hot poorly maintained buses, dispatch poor communication if any at all

You have some people that are working there for the betterment of the company.

Cons

Upper management sees themselves as invisible. They will not follow policies and procedures because they feel that they are the exception.
