OK company to work for, OK bonus incentive, flexability is great for management, vacation entitlement is pretty good, generally good company

Cons

Insurance sucks, pay could be better for amount of work to be done, not much training for the job, insufficient staffing in most cases

Medical benefits really suck due to so many part time associates. Need to standardize across company, policies, benefits, etc. Better on boarding training needed
