The previous mgr. From 1996 to 2017 was all about her employees. Gave people great opportunity to move up in the company

Cons

Very difficult company to work for umess you have a good manager. They don't stand behind their employees for anything. I watched corporate be shady for years. Overworked and underpaid. The new mgmt. In Bristol CT is horrible
