Cons

Completely profit driven company. If you have a manager who cares only for the bonuses they can earn the drivers become a means to an end.

smiling with the children, enjoying picking them up and taking them to school and then picking them up at school and taking them home and they make me smile and I enjoy being a school bus diver

Cons

I can't think of any except when there is bad weather and wanting to have the children at school on time.
