It had Good pay, and was pretty easy work. It also enabled me to get my cdl which was a nice perk.

Cons

Not much support from the management. It is a lot of Early morning hours which I am not a fan of. You have to have flexibility for the kind of hours you work.

Great Co-workers in one of the smaller depots. We have each others back, care about each other, and the kids

Cons

In cost cutting efforts, they over stuff busses, take special ed kids on longer rides than they need to be on, have antiquated busses, and in my depot, pay mechanics under the table, that were previously fired, to "fix" busses to pass DOT inspections. No regard for drivers and matrons/DA's. Disregard local and state laws, regarding transporting special ed kids, and gear their training programs to putting responsibility solely on the driver and matron, so they are law suit free.
