Cons

Unemployed 3 months out of the year and have to go on unemployment, older buses with some mechanical issues

Family friendly company Coworkers for the most part are great to work with. Dispatchers are friendly

Cons

Not enough in the budget to fix buses properly. Some days can be really hectic when they let to many people have the day off. Not enough pay to balance out all the days we don't work. Make sure you have a second job.

Have great Location Manager and Safety Manager who care about their employees. Up to date fleet of buses, I think the employees are great to work with, a good team.

Cons

Union trying to take First Student down with to many petty claims. If we are to have a Union need to find a better one that is not biased
