Pros

The pay is great for partime work great time love the early morning route and brake in between routes,and I love off on weekends.

Cons

The kids don't follow the bus drivers rules,the school doesn't help you when you have a kid who disrupt the bus,that makes it unsafe to transport the students

Pros

The flexible schedule, the employees, and the pay is good. The ability to make some serious extra cash and the pay scale is quick to jump to top pay.

Cons

In the north they don't pay you for snow days and they should. When the contract with the school the school pays them for certain amount of days. If it snows they are still paid so they should still pay the drivers.

Cons

Employees don't feel as they belong so there is no loyalty There is no motivation to continue and the union they have isn't much good.. We didn't understand how to route them and transport Special needs kids and they considered these kids like packages.
