Some paid holidays, time off, excellent upper management, can be a fun job, easy, primarily work out in the field on your own with minimum supervision.

Cons

This job can be stressful at times, the benefits are extremely high. This would be a great supplemental income as full-time is based on seniority on a bidding system.

This is a community based organization. We have a very agile working environment and coordination of effort and skills.Team work at location is very good.

This is a Major Corporation that sometimes delay too long in dealing with the issues at the many different location.
