Hours are decent and Flexibility is good. Driver is is independent. Working with children are also bonus. Keeping the children save is great.

Cons

Not enough hours. Scarey driving in bad weather. Cold on the bus, bus takes longer time to hear up

autonomy, RRSP matching, room for advancement once current manager us fired and the next person in line is thrown in to a management with no relevant experience or training/ education.

Cons

poor management structure Zero on the job training for support staff. Very good at blaming workers for incidents and not fixing systemic management issues to correct issues.
