Thorough training program. Kids age challenging but mostly great.

Cons

Zero opportunity to move up, managers are lifers in constant CYA mode. Impenetrable clique at yard. Frequent payroll errors in favor of company-surprise surprise. So-called drivers union is really an arm of management. Top-hammer down management style. Minimum wage for all training and meeting time-complete bs. They promote and encourage the "loser bus driver" stereotype. They've lost many local contracts recently for good reason.

There isn’t very many pros to be honest. I think the only pro for me working there was the kids.

Cons

The assistant manger is a complete idiot, is completely unprofessional, and is very under qualified. So with that said, *Management is terrible * they don’t care about the clients and their needs *the management ignores their employees *Is severally understaffed
