Not much employees interaction and engagement from HR and HR is quite nonchalant about the employees. GM is a nice person but the HR loves to sit in her office instead of interacting with the staff to understand the business. Lean structure as 1 person is doing 2 people load now since business is cutting cost - Not sure if the management is aware of this. IT infrastructure not efficient enough to support our work, microsoft office version is quite backwards.

Political decisions with no objectivity, bad work environment in some areas, continuously org is being reestructured, lack of opportunities to grow, Geneve makes decisions with lack of information, to many VP’s and directors and a few people below hands on really performing. Philosophy of work based on micromanagement, no only in what you do but also in the way you execute. Room for improvement for HR team too far from understanding business needs and more focus on achieving their own results, kpi’s and processes.
