Great people, terrible upper management.

Pros

Handful of great and talented people. There is also so much to learn from the people.

Cons

Growth is non-existent in this company. If you don’t kiss up to upper management, you won’t get a promotion/raise. Way too much politics within the company. Nepotism is a huge issue. Internal positions open up just for them to hire someone they already had in mind, which doesn’t give other employees a fair chance. Higher-ups are too far up in the ladder that they don’t know what goes on below them. Way overworked and underpaid.

Cons

Don't get sick! Senior management will force out employees who are on medical leave once they return.

Great pay scale. Nice PTO

Cons

Managers do not know what they are doing but want to dictate how you should do your job. Room for growth is them telling you we can change the title or dividing your departent for more "growth" No workk life balance, you need to work as many as two to three hours at home to stay "above water"
