Cons

Does not value employees, Sr management lacks effective communication skills, too political, you will be subjected to behavior that is inappropriate and demoralizing from the management team. Take the job if there is no other option on the horizon.

Benefits, co-workers are great, time off

Cons

Poor decisions by management in perfumery in promoting and hirings. Managements do not listen to concerns or problems. No team atmosphere in creation division, everyone all to themselves. Training is horrible and no help is given when needed. One team leader has no regards to his employees.
