Competitive salary, dynamic environment, interesting history.
Cons
No onboarding for new employees. The office is in the middle of nowhere - if you want to get away for a lunch or a walk, this is one of the worst places to work in Geneva. I also recall a bad smell coming from the plant and a claustrophobic open space.
