Pros
Strong balance between performance management culture and family culture. Can take fast business decisions, when important. Good benefits. Good treatment of employees.
Cons
Sometimes excessive politics. Difficult for newcomers to integrate because knowledge of how to navigate complex culture and network is often necessary to get things done well. Company is changing and many of the newcomers arriving in senior positions are bringing in their own direct reports creating some culture clash.
