The company is really people oriented: the working atmosphere is excellent, it's a multicultural environment and there are social events organized regularly. Therefore, in London, you feel like joining a family, more than a working place. The value stated is well represented.

Cons

The Top Management is in Geneva, so, you might feel not listen to. Salary a bit slippery compared to the competition, mainly if you are not in high level roles or working in the Fine Frangrance category (it seems like a separate company).
