Pros

Family owned company. The company cares for employees. Great place to work. Lots of opportunities within the company. Company is becoming more modern by open space. Also a place to charge your electric car!

Cons

Open space should be equal. There are some employees at the same level sitting in open space, while others sit in offices? It should be fair, at least at the level.
