      Pros

      At Firmenich you get to engage in interesting and rewarding work, and lead industry trends. You'll work with some interesting people and meet great clients. Firmenich is also a reputable MNC and offers good healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      There are limited promotion opportunities unless you're from Geneva. Unfortunately, there is limited to no mentorship. Their internal patented 'Trendz' software programme is completely silly and useless. Experience greatly depends on your direct manager.

      Pros

      People are mostly kind. Some extra benefits are nice. The multinational environment.

      Cons

      Very high and unrealistic workloads > results in sick leaves. Management by stress. No Onboarding, not transparent and not really modern. Payment is low compared to competitors salaries.

      Good benefits. Most people are nice.

      Cons

      Training is basically non-existent. Dept is completely disorganized. Morale is extremely low and management doesn't seem to care. Kind of feel lied to from what I was told in the interviews.
