Not a great company and even worse location!

Pros

Good development labs and great for learning how to train your 'sniffing' skills. Friendly staff in some departments. Plenty of parking.

Cons

Location! Opposite Costco Hayes on a busy road. Firlon 2 building needs to be knocked down. Certainly breaks the rules with disabled workers as there is no lift. Just a narrow staircase. One ladies toilet on the first floor. Very focussed on Jive software which there is very little training on; a webinar if you're lucky! A lot of blockers instead of enablers.

Great pay scale. Nice PTO

Cons

Managers do not know what they are doing but want to dictate how you should do your job. Room for growth is them telling you we can change the title or dividing your departent for more "growth" No workk life balance, you need to work as many as two to three hours at home to stay "above water"
