Pros

They provided many training opportunities.

Cons

Salary is lower then market. They try and say they make it up with a once a year bonus. That amount is not guaranteed. If you leave right before you are out of luck and that entire year you were making a very low base salary. Also, the 401k has a good match but you have to be there 4 years before you are fully vested.

Pros

The benefits were great The opportunity to make decent commissions were evident in the beginning but they were changed and capped during tenure.

Cons

Culture. CEO disrespected really all levels of his employees including his management team. Due to numerous outbursts from CEO all employees operated out of fear... This caused friction amongst team members and made it almost impossible to achieve big picture goals as a team.

good benefits, good product, good people (excluding leadership)

Cons

leadership and executive management ran the company through fear. the sales team and really any other role at the company was constantly in danger of verbal attacks by executive leadership
