Pros

co workers pay is ok unionized environment, you need it if your going to work here benefits are decent

Cons

Chilean executives were hired to union bust the company no training written up for everything if you don't "preform" you will be fired its a sweat shop never rewarded for accomplishments long term disability premiums are REALLY expensive no career growth you have manager or supervisor standing over top of you almost every minute of every day fighting among employees is common top heavy full of fake management if your union expect to be treated as garbage as you pretty much viewed that way

Pros

Salary, some of the people were okay to work with.

Cons

Management doesn't know what they are doing. Union runs the show, if a union worker complains or cries about getting out of bed for work is hard on him, management will try to accommodate this waste of skin.

Pros

-can get away with not doing much in a day but pretending you did -benefits are decent -some good people to work with

Cons

-if you enjoy micro-management this place is for you, mid-level manager positions are always being created -employees are not recognized for their work but by how loud they speak -flex days were removed because some higher up did not understand it and it got through to the CFO -layoffs were swift and done in a wack-a-mole fashion; employees were on edge for months not knowing if they would survive the end of the week -there are constant mandatory meetings that do not necessarily apply to your job and are therefore absolutely useless -generally no motivation is present in any of their employees to come into work -senior management does not seem to have a clue what they're doing -in additional to flex days being removed, so were the salary increases for an unknown amount of time
