- Very low empowerment levels even at relatively senior regional management levels - Poor execution of ERP implementation - Far too tolerant of under performance in management at all levels - Promotions based on relationships rather than performance - No succession planning or career development - Continual changes in what is important or maybe better stated as always looking for the next magical solution rather than staying the course - Poor relationship with bargaining unit at most levels of management - Do as I say, not do as I do approach from VP level in areas such as customer relationship development, rewards & recognition, accountability and empowerment
