      Pros

      Good camaraderie with colleagues. Fun place to work for. Great company to learn heavy machinery equipment if you are interested in these stuff. Biggest Caterpillar dealer in the world.

      Cons

      Skills and competencies are not highly valued for advancement and retention. Work in silos. A lot of times employees have no clue what is going on with their department and other related departments. Prefer employees just going with the flow.

      Pros

      If negotiated salary can be good, benefits are industry standard.

      Cons

      Very bad management in BP&S IT. Mostly old folks who have no clue about technology. So they will support only employees which always say Yes. No quality work as budget allocated is 10 times so they will just get the work done anyhow to keep it running. Management will always push the blame on someone who they don't like. No one wants this company to progress. There are no opportunities for growth. Stress is high due to management which is either old or old fashioned or the ones who were laid off in their jobs.
