      Pros

      The people really make it a joy to work at Fidelis. Flexibility is also great having three kids of my own makes life unpredictable at times and Fidelis always understands.

      Cons

      Monetary compensation is lacking. Clear direction from senior management make the work harder than necessary. Lack of Structure from all of the turnover at Senior management is starting to show. Lack or willingness to retain talented developers.
