      Decent compensation, ok hours, nice building, callers are pleasant for the most part, not a difficult job

      Cons

      Next to no training, terrible management...it seems they can't make their minds up on anything. They would have a person answering the phone that has no clue what their talking about then to properly train you, and then have the nerve to reprimand you if you get something wrong or try to ask questions. They think its ok to change your schedule with a days notice.

      Pros

      Compensation was above industry in our region. The work environment is very clean. The new building in Amherst is convenient and spacious.

      Cons

      Everything has to happen today, no matter how much of your personal life has to be sacrificed. If there is a right way, and a stupid way that is fast, then you will be forced to do it the stupid way. The work environment is sterile (no food at your desk, no plants at your desk, and the IT department has open seating with no walls).
