Pros
International environment (Our team is really international, with 10 nationalities for 14 people. The work environment is great (Casa Ferrero, and above all the canteen :)) I'm proud of the Brands and the company in general.
Cons
To me, the career path is a weakness Ferrero needs to work on, for and with each employee (the internal and parallel moves (changing functions for example) are not that easy. Also, the grading of the positions should be reviewed, and shared with a proper methodology (I believe all the Category Planning positions should be rated at least P3, which is not the case). The company is working on transparency, which is good (sharing the promotions, internal moves etc...) but there is still work to do.
