      Benefits are good and nothing else

      Cutlure, Lack of leadership its a dictatorship, leaders lead with emotion and zero objectivity. Its quite extreme and headquaters is aware and endorsing such behaviors. Its basically a one men show where the leader constantly threatens employees. Working for Ferrero SA is truly an extreme sport!!!

      - Growing company and an amazing portfolio of items. - Small family oriented work place. -Great team atmosphere

      Cons

      In my opinion, the company is extremely top heavy with senior (upper level) management. This leads to a lot of internal make-work projects, and a lot of asks that take away from the employees ability to work. - Still very old school (in many ways). - Often unrealistic with expectations - The business in general needs to improve efficiencies.
