      Benefits are good and nothing else

      Cutlure, Lack of leadership its a dictatorship, leaders lead with emotion and zero objectivity. Its quite extreme and headquaters is aware and endorsing such behaviors. Its basically a one men show where the leader constantly threatens employees. Working for Ferrero SA is truly an extreme sport!!!

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
