Pros

The company is strongly evolving in the last years and especially in Luxembourg there are several careers opportunity and the possibility to make an impact to the organization. The Group is going really fast in terms of change management, trying to keep the key strong company values and culture. Moreover, if you are willing to do international careers, this is the place to be. The Luxembourg "hub" is growing, in terms of employees and services and facilities offered. In 2019 there will be also a brand new super modern HQ. People in Ferrero are really passionate about their job, the brands and their contribution to the "big cause".

Cons

Very few, and linked to the big transition going on.
