      Pros

      Close-knit family-like environment. Ability to learn a lot as you do a lot!

      Cons

      Even though it's an MNC, it's still largely more an italian company which gives priority to Italians and those who speak italian. Some high-level meetings were even conducted fully in italian, with no consideration to those who don't understand a single word!

      You will be proud of the italian products and history. Ferrero brand is recognized worldwide level. There is the only good...

      Cons

      Very hierarchical culture. The politics are more important than performance. You have to be nice with some Managers to have growth and be supported if you are a Manager. Managers abuse of their local power and because of their good relations with HQ they still in the Company for years with manipulation leadership. Careful with a lot of promises. Work life balance doesn’t exist.
