Faurecia reviews

The company used to be a great company prior to Faurecia purchasing it. I stuck around thinking that things would get better once the management had time to get their head around what they purchased. I had heard horror stories about the company's management from outside suppliers prior to the purchase and later found out the stories were true. I worked for the company for over 10 years and because of the lack of promotional opportunites I have to leave. It seems the company would prefer to hire from the outside as opposed to promote from within. They are encouraging employees to recommend friends and family for internal positions. To be honest, I could not, with a clean conscious, recommend any of my friends to work here. There are not a whole lot of people who enjoy working for the company. Most just go through the motions. I have never written a negitive opinion on the internet but people should be warned. Unless you are unemployed and need a job, please don't work at Faurecia.

Poor work culture Management is interested in playing politics & blame game. No growth for honest & hardworking employees Worst work life balance..you’ll start loosing your health & mental peace but management will do nothing & doesn’t care at all No promotions for good employees. Promotions are reserved for only managers & higher level in hierarchy, even though they don’t deserve it. Promotions are given to employees who are their favourites. No work culture, ethics at all in the company..full of chanacha culture
