Love the people I work with, but it's the good Ole' boy system!

Pros

Global company, some management you can learn a great deal from, and you learn how to play the game of corporate politics. Beautiful building, great staff.

Cons

People and the positions they are in based on who they know, not what they know. So many people that work here are idiots, but they are protected by who they know. Upper management is all linked together outside of work.

The people on my specific team created an environment that was fun to work in while striving to be a great player in the automotive field.

Cons

The salary was not competitive with other opportunities and there was not much sign in changing this even with the success of the company.
