Absolutely nothing. Absolutely no pros except for the handful of people you may meet.

Cons

Everything you can imagine. Being a door mat. Instability. Mentally degrading and verbal abuse. Favoritism. The list is truly long.

Pay is decent for a plant that isnt one of the big 3.

Cons

long hours, mandatory 12 hours, and weekends. Last-minute overtime and weekends you can be told you have to stay 2 mins before the shift is over. Culture is terrible, with lots of backstabbing and finger-pointing. Union isn't very strong. The atmosphere is depressing and people often drop dead in here. Bad work conditions. most people are unhappy.

Positive work environment with good energy. The people who work here are very willing to help you succeed in your tasks.

Cons

It doesn’t seem like there is much of a work like balance. While it’s fun to work in a fast pace environment it can also be a little intimidating.
