1. Year cycle Jan-Dec, but increment cycle from July. 2. No work-life balance 3. Billing hours based work, managers underestimate the hours to show improvement then exploit the lower level employees to meet the impossible deadlines. Also, 4. If impossible deadlines are not met, managers give feedback that you are not efficient, which has a serious effect on employees well-being 5. If the deadlines are met, managers take the credit; then a new benchmark is set and the cycle of impossible deadlines continue. Hence, no work life balance. 6. Serving attitude towards counterpart.
