      Pros

      There are opportunities to work remote. If you can't get that gimmie in your negotiations you missed out on the only good thing about working for the company.Turnover is so high that they nearly always have an opening.

      Cons

      So, So many. Management is just a horrible as you would expect with upwards of 50% turnover in most non-managerial areas. Communication and leadership are nonexistent. Most of the time its sink or swim. Coworkers make for a multicultural environment, but the management is all "good ol boys" which is brutal. Women and minorities....forget about it.

      gud environment to learn about basics of injection moulding

      poor management , they will suck the blood of new joined BE graduates(use a labour) for 1year. Afterwards u will be thrown out of the company

      It could be thrilling, awesome, and exciting to work for such a big group function. The countries and sites are extremely professional and dedicated, but...

      Cons

      ... the Nanterre HQ, especially HR, is populated with either stooges or snakes, and the top management is micro-managing everything, as those guys don’t trust their people and believe everyone is either a thief, a child or a lazy person. Flee if you are the kind that takes initiatives, wants to be assessed on results rather than on tasks, and if you’re a non-French. You’ll get nothing but painful management, disappointment and frustration in the best case scenario. And also, forget about work/life balance and home office; those guys are probably hated by their family and think everyone should be the same.
