Where to start.... Poor management that doesn't listen to employees. Miscommunication between all management. Low base pay for people who do more advanced work. Terrible work/life balance Work 7 days a week Expected to do things not relative to job title HR is useless especially when there are 5 of them Management plays favorites and thus gets treated better

Working 7 days a week, and when I questioned work/life balance I was let go and told that there are plenty of other managers who are willing to work 7 days a week.
