Global company. Possibilities to live overseas and approach various different cultures.
Cons
HR policy is nonexistent when it comes to talent management and training. The huge majority of my coworkers even considers HR as the "useless department" The organization is very matricial and even confusing sometimes. Less N+1 +2 or +3 (in all areas...) and more doers would probably benefit the company.
