Pros

The automotive industry is excellent to learn how to perform miracles: high expectations but no budget and little support. This is particularly true within Faurecia.

Cons

The HR department is rotten with old practices from a different age due to a leadership team who controls everything going within its org. Intimidation, bullying, gossiping and retaliation are daily behaviors you could witness there. Also, HR do not apply to themselves the processes they designed for the company (internal mobility rules, raises guidelines, etc). Only valid rule: hierarchy likes you you're fine; if not you'd better start looking for a new job.
