Pros

The best training in the industry to give someone the tools to earn 6 figures in a year. The ONLY people that train at Family First are the TOP producers in the industry, making a minimum of $200,000 per year.

Cons

If you don't work, you don't get paid (commission only)

Pros

Training is awesome, useful, on target from the top salespeople, one on one bootcamps, diversified product training, family feel for agents in company. Most agents get along with everyone and help each other

Cons

crossover lead distribution, some agents sit with your clients and feel that they can write business on them. too many agents working in one county area ,feel like its a boys club

Pros

-Self empolyed 1099 position, you get to make your own schedule and work remotely/ hybrid -Monthly training workshops -Decent commission structure

Cons

-Unless you buy your own leads which are extremely expensive and not of great quality you're required to make 400 dials a day using recycled leads -Have to pay for your own crm software, licensing for each state requirements, liability insurance, etc. -Absolute lack of direction and thrown in with virtually no training, everyone is on a 1099 and looking out for their own self with no time to assist you with problems -Pure commission position with high chance of charge backs from canceled policies that you ultimately have to payback in order to continue to sell. -Promises of being able to make on average 60-110k a year, but unless you have multiple recruits working under you and are a top performer and able to make 5-10 sales a week consistently while making 400 outbound calls daily it's a constant struggle to stay afloat. -Commission structure is confusing. Advertised as being able to make up to 100% commission on first years premium but it defers to which product and company you sell through. Every provider and product you sell has a different structure and you could make 100% commission off of what that structure is (could be anywhere from 3-80%). Each provider also varies in how soon you receive pay, some a few days, other's could be weeks.
