      They really care about helping people. Family First Life also makes sure that the agents have a lot of support and they have the best comp!

      Pros

      This Company gives agents the tools to become a successful independent agent. They don't make you sign a contract to work with them. They teach you how to be profitable and manage a business. The trainers are actually in the field selling insurance not sitting behind a desk. I own my book of business from day one. Top producers are accessible and willing to help and pass on their knowledge.

      You might have to travel outside of your backyard to run leads.

      As far as our lead program goes we believe in that fresh new leads are the best way to set agents up for success in the field so yes brand new exclusive leads that are never resold will cost more than leads that are months or even years old. That being said there are plenty of options for leads with FFL if you have any questions regarding this you can call the lead department to get more information. 860-317-1324 ext 1304
