The leads that an agent would buy on their first day would be the same ones that they buy a couple months later. There's no reason as to why the leads would stop working unless the agent simply stopped working them. In regards to the statement about work life balance, this is a 1099 position where our agents dictate what schedule they will be working.

Pros

This company is the best for producers. Most agencies start agents off at 100%+ with the ability to scale to 145%, Vested Day One, No Contract, No Fees, Free Training, and several Lead options with on going lead discounts.

Cons

This company has no integrity to abiding by their Promotional Guidelines in building a business. It’s a cut throat company culture when it comes to recruiting and building an agency. There are no rules and regulations when it comes to recruiting. Whoever has the highest comp wins, and if you’re just starting off, you’re at a huge disadvantage given you have much lower compensation than someone that may already be at the top comp of 145%. Agencies undercut each other with comp just to gain a hire. I had several situations in which I had booked an interview with someone and they got a call from another agency right before my scheduled call and the person was told they were calling on my behalf and that I was one of their admins/recruiters! I also had several situations in which I hired someone, and the person received a call from a different agency that offered them higher comp and I lost several hires to other agencies. There’s no integrity when it comes to abiding by the “Promotional Guidelines” and making it a level playing field so that everyone has the same opportunity in building a business. Just take the time to look at their ads on Ziprecruiter and Careerbuilder. You’ll see different agencies Offering different starting comp. There’s a lot of favoritism within management where certain people are getting “stacked” with agents and agencies to help build their business. I also know for a fact that the “VP Bonus” is fully controlled by the President and he only gives them out to people he likes and thinks are working hard. So much for working hard to hit VP to start getting bonuses just to find out you’re not getting one. It seems as if upper management doesn’t care how the company grows, as long as it’s growing, and that’s a horrible way to grow a business. They should really consider living up to their name “Integrity”.

Our agents and managers do follow our promotional guidelines. And we are upfront will agents that they are only "guidelines", meaning that are agents can hire agents at higher compensation levels if they feel that are deserving of that level. In regards to the accusations about "favoritism" and "stacking", those are meritless assumptions most likely coming from an agent that was not able to produce at a high level with us.

Pros

There are so many pros to this company it’s hard to just name a few! They respect family time, Your up lines are always there for you even when you have to call them several times a day lol but they will stay with you just to close your sale for you, truly can make any amount of money you aspire too!

Cons

Wish it wasn’t only commission based, you have to continue working to continue to see a paycheck no breaks in-between. You aren’t actually set at 100% commission more like 75% with a 6month advancement & charge backs aren’t fun just basically debt sitting in your carrier account then they deduct the chargeback from your next commission with them.

Most jobs in the insurance industry are going to be commission based, that's not something that's going to change here at FFL. Unfortunately, based upon your review and lack of understanding on how chargebacks and advancements work, it's clear that you are unfamiliar with the standard procedures on how insurance sales operate. We recommend that you do your own due diligence to decide whether or not you're someone who can thrive in a commission based environment. If not, there are plenty of W-2 positions that may be more suitable to your personality.
