Training, compensation, team first mentality. Family First Life cares about its agents and its shows. The main goal is to help families, but the CEO wants to help his agents.

Cons

There are none. The CEO is inspirational, your mentors are always helpful, everyone is willing to offer a helping hand, and you are never out there “all alone.”

Family First Life has the best training and wonderful management. One of the only companies where the management genuinely cares about their employees and the success of them! Happy to be part of such a wonderful team!
