      Pros

      I have been with Family First Life for 2 months now and I absolutely love it. I love to be challenged daily and there is nothing I have ever done that comes close to this. You are rewarded with a high comp plan and if you perform the opportunity is endless. If you are willing to work you WILL succeed. Anyone that has any review other than 5 Stars probably did not invest the time to learn and grow their business.

      Cons

      There are no cons to this company. Anyone can succeed with the right work ethic and the ability to listen.

      Pros

      FFL is a great company to work with. They truly help you to succeed and grow your business. Their support team is unbelievable and I really feel like they are all working to help us out. Great and FREE training from some of the best agents in the industry. They keep it relevant and always information.

      Nothing bad to say about this company, they truly always strive to adjust to what we the agents need. They grow to help us grow.

      Free training by people who issue pay 20k a month or more. Exclusive leads and assistance with leads Great comp and vested renewals day1 No pressure to hire agents but you can if you want

      none for me and I've been around the industry and seen some evil things
