Pros

Family First Life changed my life for the better. I am someone who is self-driven but hate working in an office. I had worked in sales before but got discouraged by the product or the company. Decided to give Family First Life a try. Never have I been so excited by a job. My home office and the national company are supportive and never overbearing. If I don't work, it is on ME and I then don't get paid. Some weeks are lean others are great but the comp is decent.

Cons

The pro of this job is also the con. Being independent is flying without a net. It can be done but it is not easy.

Pros

Servant leadership that "shows" the way. There are opportunities then there is FFL and non can compare IMO.

Cons

Personal discipline coupled with a work ethic is required.

Pros

I ran out of money for school. I friend told me about Family First Life, and I decided to take a semester off and take my state life insurance exam and get started. It was a lifesaver. I worked for a year and saved some money for school, and now I am working with Family First Life part-time and going to school part-time. It is GREAT. The training is easy to digest and very helpful. My upline is wonderful to work with and understands this has to be part-time for me. Who knows maybe working with Family First Life will fund graduate school!

Cons

You have to work hard and really know how to budget your time.
