      Pros

      I used to work as a captive agent for a carrier, but I disliked the culture. I decided to make the leap to an IMO and become an independent agent. I love being an independent agent. My time now my time and if I chose to work, I work, even if you work 60 hours a week you feel freer being accountable to yourself. The comp is outstanding, and I have no limits on me and my time which makes me work harder!

      Cons

      If you don't work hard and learn how to sell you will not succeed.

      Pros

      I started 2018 working nights at a plant I had worked at for 6 years. I worked part-time with Family First Life for a few months, and I decided I wanted more for myself and my family. With the help of Family First Life, my life was changed! I eventually went full-time with Family First Life, and I could not be happier. I will finish 2018 over $150K issue paid! The culture of FFL is selfless, and I would not work with anyone else!

      While you learn the process work another job because this is comission only.

      Pros

      I was in pharmaceutical sales, but I wanted to be able to spend time with my kids, so I decided to join Family First Life. I am so glad I did. I make my OWN schedule, and I really like helping families. Right now I am part-time, but I plan to go full-time in the new year. This is a flexible position, but you have to work hard to make money. I love it but, it is not for everyone.

      Cons

      You must be a self starter or you will be very unhappy.
