Pros

Confidence from coworkers makes you feel you can do anything... but at what cost?

Cons

Everyone acts like an agent. No one cares about the families. I was told to lie and how to lie to get families to sign up. These agents are so fake.

We teach all of our agents to be professional in dealing with clients and to be up front and honest in every situation. If we find out that is not the case then we deal with the agent accordingly. Without knowing the details of the situation unfortunately there is nothing we can do if something really did happen. I'm not sure I understand the motivation behind posting this information here opposed to calling our corporate office to report the individual as we encourage every agent to do if they need assistance above what their manager is providing.

Pros

Highest comp in the industry, no contract, training from top agents who ISSUE A LOT OF BUSINESS, excellent producer and builder bonus structure. Phenomenal lead department and advanced market training from experts in their field (annuity and IUL).

Cons

I have not had any negative experience with FFL, they have always done everything they promised.

Pros

The initial onboarding was detailed and very thorough. Good training.

Cons

The initial onboarding was detailed and through, but thereafter you are on your own. The company offered a few free leads that were stale at best. They want you to purchase leads. They seem more interested in selling leads than insurance. They expect you to go door to door ad infinitum for unconfirmed appointments uncompensated.

At Family First Life we appreciate all feedback from agents, however this review contains many false claims. We do not care if you purchase leads through FFL, we tell all of our agents that they are free to purchase leads where ever they choose to. FFL has never asked any agent to door to door for unconfirmed appointments, in fact we offer free extensive training on how to book over 90% of your leads. We do not offer a base salary to our agents we are 100% commission based which is a well known fact by any agent that has worked with us. We offer the highest possible compensation on every product that we sell. We encourage any agent that is experiencing issues that they truly want help with to contact us directly at 860-317-1324
