      And now I am $60000 richer (and growing faster).. Truely 100% Focused on clients and our families’ betterment. This is not fake. You have to be inside to experience it

      Cons

      The clients sometimes jerk you around but you have to have tough skin to know how to overcome objections. You have to have fortitude to stick through the rough

      Pros

      There are so many pros don't know where to begin. Great people to work with. True team mentality. I have been offered help advice and assistance from so many people that truly care about my success. Ample training opportunities both in person and over the phone via conference calls. Great support from the top to bottom. Financial stability that I've never dreamed possible. I'm my own boss and make my own schedule.

      Cons

      You are your own boss, if you are not self motivated this career is not for you.

      Pros

      FFL is a company that is growing fast. I love that there is not cap to my potential with this company. The sky really is the limit.

      Cons

      If you are wanting to do that same old thing every day and are not flexible to change and grow with the culture then FFL will not be a good fit for you because you will get left in the dust.
