Pros
Good, positive company culture. Supportive without being overbearing. You set your own hours. The training is pretty good, you can make a sale even without prior experience in sales or insurance. Good comp and you are providing a service helping people which is very rewarding.
Cons
It takes capital to get started buying leads, and time to get licensed and contracted, which can be hard if you're coming into this from unemployment. People can be rude on the phone sometimes but you just have to have a thick skin.
